　　新华社北京2月7日电　中共中央决定，任命吴清同志为中国证券监督管理委员会党委书记，免去易会满同志的中国证券监督管理委员会党委书记职务。国务院决定，任命吴清同志为中国证券监督管理委员会主席，免去易会满同志的中国证券监督管理委员会主席职务。
