突发！俄罗斯又一州进入紧急状态

　　中新网 8月14日电据俄新社报道，当地时间14日，俄罗斯别尔哥罗德州州长格拉德科夫在社交媒体上表示，别尔哥罗德州已进入紧急状态。

　　据此前报道，俄紧急情况部9日宣布，俄库尔斯克州进入联邦级紧急状态。

　　库尔斯克州和别尔哥罗德州位于俄罗斯西南部，均与乌克兰接壤。
