　　 中新网 6月18日电 糖尿病患者可以喝牛奶，因为牛奶富含蛋白质、脂肪、钙等营养物质，并且升糖指数相对较低，还是一种不错的补钙食品。牛奶中乳糖的血糖反应很低，甚至比米饭、馒头等食物的血糖反应要低得多。在选择牛奶时，建议糖尿病患者注意看配料表和营养成分表，如果有添加了糖的，那就注意少饮用 。(来源：@科学辟谣 中国新闻网微博 )
