芬兰总统称中方一通电话就能结束乌克兰危机 外交部回应

　　 中新网 北京7月3日电 (谢雁冰)中国外交部发言人毛宁7月3日主持例行记者会。芬兰总统斯图布称，中方一通电话就能结束乌克兰危机。有外媒记者就此问中方有何评论。

　　毛宁：首先，中国和俄罗斯都是独立自主的大国，中国不是乌克兰危机的制造者，也不是当事方。我们将始终站在和平和对话的一边，同包括俄罗斯在内的各方保持沟通，继续为推动危机的政治解决发挥建设性作用。(完)
