　　摩根士丹利亚洲区前主席斯蒂芬·罗奇日前在接受采访时表示，美国指责中国新能源产能过剩是夸大其词。在气候变化面前，世界需要调动一切产能促进从碳排放转向可替代能源，因此根本不存在所谓的“产能过剩”，反而是美国应该为本国产能不足感到羞耻。
